In this article, you will know how you could make a certain condiment. It is called as fig balsamic vinegar. First, you have to gather all of the ingredients that you would need for it. Making this is easy as you would only need one or two cups of fresh figs and a quart of aceto balsamico.

When you wanted it to have that sweet taste, you could also add a quarter of a cup of sugar. You could increase or lessen the amount of sugar that you would be adding to it. This step is optional and would just depend on you if it would be fit to your tastes. You may not place this as some of the fruit that you would buy would already have the sweetness that would be fit to the taste that you have.

When all your needs are gathered, you could now begin on that. Prepare any large saucepan. All ingredients must be placed in there to bring it on a simmer. Occasionally stir it over low heat. That must be done for at least ten minutes until cooked. When the time is up, the pan must be covered. Wait a little to allow it to cool down completely prior to beginning on the following steps for that.

Since there is a lot of it, it will be best to begin working on batches of that. Prepare a food processor in this step. If it is not available at home, you can borrow one on your friends or your neighbors. Ensure that you will inquire how that is utilized. Pour some mixture into that processor. Pour sufficient amount in it to avoid it from overflowing. One has to puree this until the mixture will become smooth.

After you are done with it, get a fine sieve including a large bowl. Those are needed for straining that puree. It will be necessary to strain that so the solids that are left in the mixture are removed from it.

Line sieve with a cloth or a filter then place that over a bowl. It will be good to ask for assistance from others. You could find it difficult to have it poured. Pour it slowly but avoid to press the solids to this. You should cover it with plastic wrap then allow that to be strained as it is in the fridge overnight.

Remove it from the bowl. Make sure that you would discard the solids left in it. You may now pour it in a resealable bottle or jar. Now, you are already done making that.

It could be refrigerated for a month. It could be used for different purposes especially in cooking. It will surely add to the flavor of the dishes you would be making.
