Chocolates truffles are sweet little snacks that everyone enjoys munching on after a heavy dinner. However, the only problem about this little dessert is that it is quite expensive and may not be worth it for most people. The good thing is that if one knows how to make chocolate truffles nyc at home, then he can save a lot of money and have the snack as well.

Now to start off, one has to first get a big block of cream cheese from his fridge and open it up. Once he has already opened up his cream cheese, then he has to now put it inside a bowl and wait for it to soften. Once it has already softened, then he has to now whisk and beat it until it becomes creamier than it originally was.

After putting some sugar on the cream cheese, then one should now leave it first and get a pan. Place the pan on the stove and heat up the stove a little bit under a low fire. From there, take out a pack of chocolate chips, dump the chocolate chips into the pan and wait for the chips to melt and become liquid.

After stirring the melted chocolate a little bit, put it into the bowl of cream cheese that was beaten a while ago. Now the goal here is to make sure that the two ingredients are mixed well so that their individual tastes will combine and create a unique taste. Once mixed, the next thing to do would be to put some sugar on it and cover the top with plastic wrap.

After mixing the two ingredients, put the bowl inside the refrigerator and let it become a little cold. From there, get a few cookie sheets, put them on top of some aluminum sheets and just set them down on the table. Once the sheets have been set properly, then the next thing to do would be to check if the mix is already hard.

If it is already a little bit hard, use a spoon to take out a small part of the mix and turn it into a little ball. When that is already done, keep on making little balls of the mix until the entire cookie sheet is already filled before going to the second cookie sheet. When that is already done, then place all of the cookie sheets back into the fridge so that it will be chilled.

While waiting for them to chill again, then one may already think about the toppings that he may want to put on the truffles. Now he may use nuts like walnuts or almonds to give it a crunchy feeling. He may also use powdered sweeteners like cocoa powder, vanilla powder, or maybe even peppermint.

Once he has chosen what flavoring he will use, he should now roll the truffles on the toppings. After the toppings have all gone to the truffles, then he can already put them on a plate. Once on a plate, he will be able to serve them now.
