Healthy food doesn't require too much time spent in your kitchen. Easy to prepare one dish chicken recipes are simple, but you won't be disappointed with the final results. It is especially easy to make chicken steaks with cream and cheese. Simply fry one pound of spiced small steaks on olive oil, until golden. Combine one cup of cream with the same amount of grated cheese and pour this mixture over your steaks. Add a little bit of salt and pepper. Put it all in preheated oven and bake for maybe twenty minutes. Serve with your favorite salad.

Simple paella. For making this simple paella, you need two cups of meat, one cup of chopped onions, one green, red and yellow peppers each, a few small tomatoes, salt, pepper, olive oil and two cups of rice. Fry the onion on two spoons of oil, add the meat, fry, add the peppers cut into strips, tomatoes and rice. Add salt, pepper and herbs of your choice and add water or stock.

For preparing chicken kebabs, on your grill or in the oven, you will need two pounds of meat cubes and vegetables cut into cubes. You can use onions, peppers and zucchini, but you could also take some other vegetables of your choice. Combine all ingredients and season them with salt, pepper and herbs. Add some oil. Simply stack all ingredients alternately on sticks and bake.

Drumsticks with potatoes. You need four larger drumsticks, a pound of potatoes, a small zucchini, an onion, salt, pepper, a little bit of ground red paprika and olive oil. Cut the vegetables into chunks. Bake the meat in the oven for about fifteen minutes, add the other ingredients and bake for another thirty minutes.

Creamy soup tastes simply great, and it is so easy to prepare. Simply cook one pound of chopped meat with carrots and peas, add some broth and spices. When everything is tender, add one cup of cream and some chopped dill and cook for another few minutes.

Tortillas with chicken and vegetables. Take two cups of meat cut into strips, one large onion, red and yellow peppers, cherry tomatoes and spices. You will also need four tortillas. Cut the veggies into thin strips and leave half of them aside. Fry the rest with meat on some olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper. Combine cooked and fresh ingredients in each tortilla.

This lovely summer plate is so simple that you'll really enjoy preparing it. You need three cups of meat cut into stripes and following veggies: one egg-plant, one zucchini, three peppers in different colors and one carrot. Simply fry the meat on some olive oil, add other ingredients and season with salt, pepper and herbs. This meal tastes great with corn bread and green salad.
