To say that certain cooking oils work better than others would be an understatement. If you ask me, there are few products that seem to stand out nearly as well as Italian olive oil and I believe that most will agree with me on the matter. Unlike other types of cooking oil, this product has more in the way of "good" fats known as monounsaturated ones. Is it possible that a product like this would be able to come into play when it comes to something like stir-frying?

Stir-frying is a cooking method that includes both vegetables and meat alike, both of these products being stirred while over high temperatures. Skinless chicken breast is a great example and it is probably one of the more common ingredients to consider when it comes to stir-fry. However, you can utilize just about any lean protein and be all guaranteed some of the most high-quality results.

Carbohydrates won't be a problem, either, if you go with stir-frying. The reason for this is because there is the presence of rice, which is a product that is able to keep you full and can go well with just about any kinds of food you could think of. Brown rice is probably best - given its whole grain content - but you may be able to benefit from any type of rice.
