Preparation: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 40 minutes

ingredients:
- 1 pastry
- 1 liter of milk
- 180 g of sugar
- 120 g cornflour
- 2 whole eggs + 1 yellow
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- Apricot 6-8

Procedure:
Preheat oven to 180 ° Th6. Line a cake pan with the pastry. Prick the dough with a fork so that the dough does not swell.

Open apricots, remove the cores and cut into large dice.

Per liter of milk, take a glass and book. Boil the remaining milk with the sugar.

Meanwhile, mix the glass of milk with cornstarch, eggs and vanilla extract. Slowly pour the boiling milk over the mixture, still whisking.
Put the pan on low heat and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon, until thickened preparation.

To the boil remove from heat, add the apricots and pour over the pastry.

Bake for 35-40 min.
