ingredients:
1) 100 g butter at room temperature
2) 100 g sugar very fine powder
3) 2 egg yolks
4 ) 200 g milk
5 ) 25 g flour
6) 1/2 vanilla bean


technique:
1 . First start by preparing a custard : Boil the milk with the vanilla pod and seeds gattée
2 . Work the egg yolks with the flour, then add the hot milk and stir well
3 . Remove the vanilla bean , then put all your preparation in the saucepan and cook , turning carefully with a whisk
4 . Remove from heat and let cool after boiling your cream so that it reaches room temperature
5 . Using a whisk , work the butter and sugar until white and light mix
6 . Then gradually add the almost cold custard by mixing carefully
7 . For your buttercream to be successful, the pâtiissière cream is the same temperature as your beat butter, this recipe step
8 . Let cool a little butter cream in the refrigerator before filling your cakes
