Tandoori Chicken Pizza

 Ingredients

For pizza pie Dough:(enough for two pizzas)
All purpose flour 1/2 kilo
Sugar one tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Instant yeast one,1/2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Lukewarm water or milk as required
For Tandoori Chicken Topping:
Chicken deboned one kilo
Salt 1,1/2 or to style
Lemon a pair of tbsp
Vinegar three tbsp
yoghurt one cup
Ajinomoto one tsp
Ginger garlic paste four tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Red chile crushed a pair of tbsp
Black pepper a pair of tbsp
White pepper one tsp
chile sauce one tbsp soybean sauce a pair of tbsp
Yellow food product 1/2 tsp
Coal one in. piece
For Sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp
catsup 1/2 cup
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chile powder one tsp
Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Thyme powder 1/4 tsp
Oregano powder 1/4 tsp
For Topping:
Tomato a pair of (cut into square)
Lemon 1(slices)
Onion one (chopped)
bush 2(cut into square) cheese cheese one pack (shredded) cheese one pack (shredded)


  



Directions
For pizza pie Doug: combine yeast during a very little slightly heat milk and leave.
Let it rise and so dissolve sugar and salt in it.

Now combine all the ingredients and knead with lukewarm milk or water.

When dough become in swish kind cowl it with polyethylene bag set a facet for Associate in Nursing hour.

For pizza pie Sauce: Heat oil, saute garlic add remainder of the ingredients in it.

Cook for two minutes, then add a pair of tbsp water and cook for two additional minutes.

For Tandoori Chicken Topping: combine all the ingredients in chicken and infuse for one hour.

Bake at mark four or a hundred and eighty degree for 40-45 minutes.

Finish with coal smoke.

When dough rise well take half dough unfold on 12'' pizza pie pan and mark with fork.
