 Olive bread
 This fairly easy to make olive bread is simply one of my favourites. Incredibly versatile in terms of flavours, it is well worth thé trouble



 
ingredients:
1) 300 g wholemeal flour2) 15 g of baker's yeast3) 15 ounces of warm water4) ½ teaspoons of salt5) 2 tablespoons olive oil6) 175 g black olives


technique:

 
To make this recipe for olive bread , we first prepare all the ingredients .
 
Pour table salt on flour .
 
Mix with your fingertips and have the flour .
 
Crumble the yeast -y in its center.
 
Add warm water.
 
Mix with fingertips to dissolve the yeast in warm water.
 
Add the olive oil.
 
Mix fingertips ... until a smooth ball .
 
Knead by hand for 8 minutes.
 
Pit the olives and chop coarsely.
 
Add the olives to the dough by kneading to amalgamate .
 
Cover the dough and let double in volume there for 1h30 in a warm place .
 
Turn the dough onto the worktop.
 
Make falling slightly and shape it into an oval loaf.
 
Cover with oiled plastic wrap and let it grow again for 1:30 in a warm place .
 
Brush the surface with olive oil bread .
 
Bake in hot oven , 220 ° C, for 35 to 40 minutes ... until the bread gets a nice golden color.
 
Cool.
